green|spaces has only been able to serve thousands of residents since 2007 because of amazing volunteers! As a small non-profit, our goal is to put every dollar donated into projects. Volunteers are key to making this happen! Volunteers are needed for a wide variety of projects and events.

Available Opportunities:

Events: green|spaces hosts 2 major events each year, The Chattanooga Green Prix & MainX24. These events need hundreds of helping hands! Sign up ahead of time to receive notification of when we open registration for them.

Email Elizabeth Robinson to be placed on our Volunteer Roster.

Empower Energy Savings Workshop Trainer: green|spaces hosts multiple energy savings workshops per week! Help us do even more by becoming trained to host the workshops. We’ll give you a step by step guide, shadowing opportunities and everything you need to help us give this valuable information to even more residents in Chattanooga.

Contact Francine Baggi for details.

Advisory Board: Advisory Board members serve on the committees that run all of the programs at green|spaces. Advisory board members are eligible to be nominated to the Governing Board after their first year of service.
